what goes around; comes around.

ola! did i mention that i'm having my final year examinations till the 11th? and yet, i'm here updating this blog :x ahaha, i guess i'll just update for the sake of it. had my english literature exam today and i'll be having geography and additional maths tomorrow. my, killer subjects. AAAAAHH!!!

um, gw cuba deh ngeblog dlm bhs indo. serius, rasanya aneh bgt. udah lama jg ga ngomong bhs indo :\ maap kalo ada um.. something wrong with my entry. aduh, parah. umm, hari ini kan ulangan sastra, nah, dikasih satu cerita gitu ttg keluarga di shanghai di taon 1950-an gitu. trus mereka ngomong ttg gimana para cowo itu dianggap sebagai orang yg mempunyai kedudukan lebih tinggi di dlm rumah tangga dan bagaimana para cewe pada masa itu ga boleh mempunyai pendidikan yang tinggi. yang pokoknya yg gitu gitu dhe.

terus ada satu pertanyaan dia nanya ttg perasaan gw ttg kepercayaan itu. apakan gw setuju ato ga gitu. terus gw jawab nya sampe emosi banget. ahahaha. ga tau napa. gw bilangnya gini.. (english yah.. )

'men and women. they are both the wonderful creations of God. but then again, why are men considered to be the superior being during the olden days? i believe that women should not be deprived from the education and the opportunities they deserve. they, too, deserve as much as the men deserve. we're all human beings. how can it be that one is treated better than the other? isn't this injustice? i truly believe that all human beings should be treated equally regardless of their race, age, or in this particular case, gender.

In the chinese olden society, men are considered to be more superior as they are able to continue the family line going for generations where as daughters can't. They are able to pass down their family surnames to their future children and thus, continuing the family line'. however, i beg to differ. family blood runs in the veins of daughters too. in the near future, when they deliver their babies, do they not possess the family blood too? Does this imply that the very definition of family line is only a chinese character stating their surname? NO! therefore women should have every right that any other men do.

however, i believe that this tradition way of thinking is still practiced in some countries. i hope that soon these people will change their traditional thinking and be open minded. Just like how we accepted science and technology. Change is the only constant factor in the universe."
