ola! did i mention that i'm having my final year examinations till the 11th? and yet, i'm here updating this blog :x ahaha, i guess i'll just update for the sake of it. had my english literature exam today and i'll be having geography and additional maths tomorrow. my, killer subjects. AAAAAHH!!!
um, gw cuba deh ngeblog dlm bhs indo. serius, rasanya aneh bgt. udah lama jg ga ngomong bhs indo :\ maap kalo ada um.. something wrong with my entry. aduh, parah. umm, hari ini kan ulangan sastra, nah, dikasih satu cerita gitu ttg keluarga di shanghai di taon 1950-an gitu. trus mereka ngomong ttg gimana para cowo itu dianggap sebagai orang yg mempunyai kedudukan lebih tinggi di dlm rumah tangga dan bagaimana para cewe pada masa itu ga boleh mempunyai pendidikan yang tinggi. yang pokoknya yg gitu gitu dhe.
terus ada satu pertanyaan dia nanya ttg perasaan gw ttg kepercayaan itu. apakan gw setuju ato ga gitu. terus gw jawab nya sampe emosi banget. ahahaha. ga tau napa. gw bilangnya gini.. (english yah.. )
'men and women. they are both the wonderful creations of God. but then again, why are men considered to be the superior being during the olden days? i believe that women should not be deprived from the education and the opportunities they deserve. they, too, deserve as much as the men deserve. we're all human beings. how can it be that one is treated better than the other? isn't this injustice? i truly believe that all human beings should be treated equally regardless of their race, age, or in this particular case, gender.
In the chinese olden society, men are considered to be more superior as they are able to continue the family line going for generations where as daughters can't. They are able to pass down their family surnames to their future children and thus, continuing the family line'. however, i beg to differ. family blood runs in the veins of daughters too. in the near future, when they deliver their babies, do they not possess the family blood too? Does this imply that the very definition of family line is only a chinese character stating their surname? NO! therefore women should have every right that any other men do.
however, i believe that this tradition way of thinking is still practiced in some countries. i hope that soon these people will change their traditional thinking and be open minded. Just like how we accepted science and technology. Change is the only constant factor in the universe."

feel so awkward that i'm blogging here now :\
well, i miss the indonesian blogging community. yes, i miss you guys much. believe it or not. maybe we've never met each other, maybe we've only known each other through the internet but to think back, i realise that i've been sharing much of my younger days with you guys, and i truly enjoy your company, your comments, your sharings etc. i just miss those days.
you know, as we grow up, things get more complicated. much much more. for instance, in the past, friends and friends, if our friend is unhappy with us, they'll probably keep quiet, ignore you, don't talk to you, ato ngajak temen2 lain untuk musuhin loe. but now? well they act as if nothing had happened and they go bitching behind your back. see the difference? and sad to say, blogging's like that too. friends in real world critisize and analyse every event that's occuring in your life, it's almost.. scary. i feel more free here. where i can express my thoughts freely. right guys?
and i've been driting away from the-so-called indonesian community. because there's practically no indonesians in my school, i've been hanging out with the 'natives' here. not that it's bad, just that, you know, no one to share or relate with about indo. outside friends? well, we rarely meet up. so i've been VERY detached from the indo commmunity and i thought maybe.. just maybe i should really get in touch with my 'indo' self. although i'm not indonesian citizen, i have indonesian blood. i spent my childhood memories there. i love indonesia. more or less. and i'm proud to be an indonesian (if i may say so). so yes, i miss being indo. speaking indo, hanging out with the indo people.
perhaps no one will read this, nor will there be lotsa people who commented, but i just wanna say, i truly miss you guys. celia, jully, jean, shun, ephi, chesa, reeta, pauline, kerry, ivana, etc.

hehex. today is singapore's 39th birthday and I'm really looking forward to the National Day Parade (NDP) actually I've been doing homework today so yeah.. nothing much happened. Once again. Hahax.. well the thing that I've been thinking is that..
In singapore, national day to us.. is kinda exciting.. something that we look forward to. When singaporeans sing their national songs, usually they.. well.. sing as if it's just another normal song.. but.. somehow when it's national day they'll sing with pride and as if the spirit of patriotism had just been awaken inside them. NDP is a really nice show? hahax.. filled with fire works, combined school choir, entertaining performances..
Come to think of it.. kalo di indo.. palink cuma ada upacara bendera.. dan.. mereka akan melalui hari kemerdekaan dgn begitu saja. tidak ada yang spesial.. malah kadang2 membosankan.. napa yah? ini bkn insult loh soalnya gw sendiri juga 1/2 indo.. cuma.. gw kepikiran aja.. aneh.. kalo di negara2 laen gw ga tau.. what do you guys think??

I'm so so so so dead. Why? Coz well.. on Monday I had to do my project until very late. And by that time I was already so damn tired. So I completely forgot about handing in my history project. And mind you, it was the holiday assignment. Miss lim gave me another chance as I had done it wrongly and I had to wait for my dad to come back from malaysia coz the file was in his com. So she asked me nicely to give it on Monday! (she's shooo nice~!)
Anyway, then on Monday I had project. Completely forgotten about it. Today.. I had volleyball. After I was on the mrt, then I remembered that I had to pass it up. I thought about going back to school to put in in her locker. It was already 630 by then.. then chu yi said there's no point in my going back coz' she might not be in school since it's already so late. And summore chu yi said that this project is marked by MOE. And it's like.. 15 percent or 20 percent for the CA. So you know what? I’m DEAD!!
mid year exam is coming!! Muz remind myself of this fact over and over again. Today I'm being a good girl. So I finished almost all of my homework. Except for my higher malay composition. -________- today.. had volleyball practice. Fell like.. I don't know how many times.. geez.. stupid coach.. pulled me until he knocked my head on the floor.. it hurts. And it caused me to pull a muscle. AND my feet hurts coz of the stupid new 'northstar' shoes.
This morning I woke up.. really really late. So I just practically rushed out of the house. Had a big quarrel with my mom in the morning too. Don't wish to elaborate on that. It just.. sux a big time. Anyway, I just grabbed my contact lens case, my orientation shirt. But I forgot to 'snatch' along my specs case. Geez. These days I'm scared of staying at home alone.. don't really know why. That's why I always find people to call whenever I'm alone. Hahax. But today I was busy doing my homework.. =] bwahahahahaha~

When was the last time I blogged? don't really know either. geez.. these past few days. actually there's nothing much in my life. been really stressed recently. Studies, family. I guess it's part of everyone's life.. feels like transfering school but.. it's kinda hard to transfer now I guess. My aunt just went back to Indo today.. she's really nice. Maybe I'll go to Bali during the June holiday for the family gathering. Not really sure yet. If my mom doesn't wanna go with me.. I won't go.. I hate travelling alone.
Speaking of June holidays.. that reminds me of mid year exam. Which is sooo near. I just realised it when I read Natalie's diary. God. It's like so so so so so so near. I'm not even prepared for it. I still have tons of hw left undone. ARGH! help! and my mom said that if I can get into triple science class she's going to give me a labtop. I want it desperately! but it's impossible for me to go tri sci. my grades juz sux a big time. muz buck up!!!! help help help!!!! just made an agreement with someone that we're gonna work hard together! yeah! =] muz work hard for my higher malay too.. it's B4. geez. dropped a lot a lot a lot.
HIM. HIM HIM HIM.. I think I almost forget him. I don't think much of him nowadays. Maybe I still do. But my feelings have faded. Good good good.. hrm.. now he likes someone else I guess. If he can channel all his feelings to someone else. I can too right? hrm.. let's see who's gonna be my victim. lolx.. i dunno. but in the meanwhile.. i really wanna get into tri sci class. for the sake of the labtop!! no.. haha.. it's for the sake of me, myself and I. Everyone work hard!! geez.. time pass really fast.. (It's been 4 months since the sch reopens.. didn't realise it.. )

Hari ini pertamanya biasa2 aja. Tapi tadi pas recess ada satu co, dia dateng ke gw bilang 'eh del, si a, b, c, ama d, tadi nanyain gw loh. Katanya 'lo suka Delin sebagai ketua kelas ato temen ga?' kayaknya mereka mau lo turun jadi ketua kelas ato apa deh' giel gw denger gitu ya kaget bgt soalnya c ama d tuh gw kira baek bgt. Kalo si a sih emang rada 'sarcastic' gitu. Kalo si b, dia emang temennya si a, jadi dia tiap kali ngikutin a aja. Terus gw balik kelas. Beneran gw liat tuh ce ber-4 duduk sambil nge-gosip. Pas gw ama temen gw masuk, mereka ketawa. Kayaknya bener mereka lagi ngomongin gw.
Terus abis itu gw bt gitu deh. Gw shock besar. Gw kira mereka bae2 gitu. Beberapa temen bilang ama gw kalo gw tuh bae dan jgn takut, mereka bakal di sisi gw. Ya..ga tau napa gw ga terhibur. Pas masuk kelas malay gw, gw tanya ama temen gw. Si X. Dulunya dia tiap kali ama gw ama gery. Sampai skarang gw masih menganggap dia sbg temen baek gw. Tapi dia tuh dah berubah gitu. To the bad side. Terus banyak orang2 yang uda ga suka dia yang skarang tp gw ga bilang apa2 ke dia soalnya gw jg baru tau. Nah, gw curhat ama dia, ehhh..ternyata tuh ce ber-4 dah pernah nanya dia dan si x nih sama skali ga ngomong ama gw!!! ga nyebelin? gw aja skarang ga tau dia masih nganggep gw nih temen ato ga.
Ya uda, co itu bilang ke c kalo dia dah bilang ke gw. Jadi kaku deh abis itu. Terus gw liat ada lagi satu ce yang ama mereka. Ga tau dia jg ikutan ga soalnya dia menurut gw juga baek bgttttt!!!! Gw bener2 KECEWA!!!
Ah.jadi gw bilang ama si a gw mo ngomong ama mereka. Ya lebih baek gw bicara ama mereka daripada semua ini berterusan. Tapi si X itu loh yang bikin gw sebel sebel sebell.. dia tuh..pokoknya dah nyebelin bgt dan dia ga mo ngomong apa2 ama gw. Gw nih masih temennya dia ato bukan sih!! RESE! Si Gery tau soal itu cuma dia ga boleh bilang ama gw karena mereka melarang dia. Ya udah, itu gw COBA untuk ngertiin walaupun susah. Kata Gery, ntar mereka bisa ngomong ma gw sendiri. Ya udah. Pokoknya gw skarang kecewa bgt soalnya gw kira beberapa ce yang di 'group' itu baek dan gw nganggep mereka sbg temen baek gw. Tuh skarang mereka lagi ngegosip lagi. Paling ngomongin gw lagi. Soalnya ntar gw mo ngomong ama mereka. Tapi pembicaraan yg gw inginkan bukan yang berantem gitu. Gw maunya mereka jelasin kenapa mereka mo berbuat gitu, gw minta maaf atas segala sesuatu yang telah gw perbuat ke mereka sampe mereka berbuat kaya gitu, dan gw ga mau ada salah paham lagi! ARGHH!
